My area of interest is technology solutions for customer management, which includes software, tools, and solutions for marketing, sales, and customer service. I work with Anagha Group which provides customer centeric technology solutions such as Email Marketing, Lead Distribution and Management (LeadPro), Franchise Operations and Management Solutions (FMSPlus) and Event Operations and Administration Solutions.
While I am essentially a software solution architect, the work looks like that of the hardcore on-line marketing and sales professional. Looking forward to a great time in blogosphere!
